Our Advanced Oxidation Processes(AOP) testing module:

ORAIPL’s O3-based AOP laboratory conducts extensive scientific testing, often customized to address client’s problem holistically, provides results that enable our clients to meet their goals.We provide a techno-economical assessment for the optimum oxidation process chemistry which includes pH, flow rates, chemical/ozone doses, concentration changes in target parameters (TSS, COD, BOD, TDS, pH, DO), and other process variables. ORAIPL assesses biodegradability of industrial effluents, conducts pre-treatments & polishing treatments to provide effective site-specific solutions. Based on ourO3-based AOP and biodegradability testing allows us to recommend a pre-ozonation process for enhanced biodegradation in existing biological treatment process units. ORAIPL developed BIOXYZONETM process which to lowers capital and operational costs in a functional STP or ETP. ORAIPL often considers pilot testing and demonstration on field using segregated stream of effluent to muster client’s confidence and support.
